We aim at bringing in the most appropriate candidates with our values including vision, mission, goals and organizational culture of our company through the personnel selection-placement process to Özdilek Family with proper and fair acts.
Applications may be submitted to our company online or by completing Özdilek job application form which is available at all of our establishments. Submitted applications are entered in our Human Resources Database. We contact the appropriate candidates and invite them to examination in case of vacant positions. Interviews are made with the candidates who have been successful in the exams. Also, the following are applied to candidates depending on the vacant position:
- English Language Skills Test,
- Personality Test,
- General Skills Test according to the position
Names and contact details of persons who worked with the candidates and from whom we may ask for opinions are requested from candidates whose recruitment processes go positively as references. We deliver our offer to the candidates whose processes are concluded positively after reference research have been completed.
